Warranty Contracts
Blazie products are supplied with 12 months warranty. In the event of a fault, your equipment will be collected, shipped to Blazie, repaired and returned to your desk free of charge. Naturally, many of our clients wish to continue to have this peace of mind beyond the initial 12 month period. This can be achieved by purchasing one of our two annual warranty contracts.
Standard Agreement
Under this agreement your equipment is covered exactly as it was during the initial 12 post-purchase period. Standard warranty contracts may be purchased and renewed annually.
Next-day Agreement
At Blazie we make great efforts to ensure prompt turnaround times in the event of a fault with your hardware. However many users and employers need a more definite strategy. To that end we offer a premium warranty contact that delivers the same high level of service as our standard contract with the additional proviso that a replacement device will be provided as soon as your fault is logged. Furthermore this loan unit will be made available at your desk within 1 business day. It will only be retrieved once a repair has been carried out and your own equipment is returned.
